Welcome to the Second Life Community Convention (SLCC) web page. The 2008 SLCC will happen in Tampa, Florida from September 5th - 7th. The 2008 SLCC is an opportunity for people of all interests to learn about the many activities within the metaverse. This convention is an opportunity to present and share ideas, learn about new and interesting technologies and to explore what others are accomplishing within Second Life. For those whom asked, for those in Tampa, registration will happen at four different times, on Friday from 9 - 11pm, 3-6pm, Saturday from 7am - 9am and Sunday from 7am- 9am.

Today is the last day we are taking registrations and payments via PayPal for the 2008 SLCC. We’ve received several requests for people who pay when they arrive, and due to the rise in demand, we are going to take CASH only payments for those whom have registered but have not paid the SLCC registration [...]
